How can I place an order?

To purchase your preferred product, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. You may then continue shopping or check your cart’s contents by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. On the cart page you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you wish to remove a product from the cart, click on the “X” icon. If you wish to change the quantity, choose your desired quantity and then click the “Update Cart” button.

To complete your order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the cart page. Once transferred to the checkout page, you can either log in to your account (if you have already created an account on our online store), or continue as a Guest (no account required), entering your details and choosing the payment method you prefer. Then you must confirm that you agree with our Terms & Conditions and click on the “Place Order” button. Once the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.

How can I create my account?

To create your personal account on our online store, please visit My Account page and enter your email address and desired password in the Register section.

Is it mandatory to create an account?

No, it is not mandatory to create an account to shop. You can always shop with us as a Guest. However, creating an account comes loaded with multiple benefits like faster checkout and access to your order history & status.

Is VAT included in the prices?

All prices on our online store are in Euros and include VAT.

Is shipping cost included in the prices?

The shipping cost is not included in the prices of the products. We offer free shipping of products, regardless of the total amount of your order. Only when Cash on Delivery is chosen as the method of payment, there is an additional charge of 5 euros.

What are the available payment methods?

We offer three payment methods for you to choose from: Payment by credit card, cash on delivery and bank deposit. You can select your preferred payment method on checkout.

Credit card: You can pay for your order using your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Online payments on our store are completely secure and are made through an encrypted connection.

Cash on delivery: You can pay in cash upon delivery. Cash on delivery is possible for orders that do not exceed the amount of 500 euros. If the total cost of your order exceeds this amount, this payment method will not be available on checkout.

Bank deposit: You can deposit the total amount of your order to our bank account. The deposit must be done within 3 working days from the date of purchase. If the deposit is not made within this period, the order will be canceled without further notice. Please write your name and telephone number, as well as your order number, in the Notes section of the transaction. In case of a deposit from another bank, the remittance costs are borne entirely by you. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the amount in our bank account.

I didn't receive the confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

If you placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email, please check the Spam folder of your email. If you use Gmail, please also check the Social and Promotions tabs to make sure the confirmation email is not there. Then contact us at info@kyvetos.gr to resolve the issue.

I have lost my account password. What should i do?

If you have lost your account password and you can’t log in, please visit My Account page and click on the “Lost your password?” link in the Login section. Instructions for creating a new password will be sent to your email address.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

If you would like an invoice for your order, please fill in the relevant fields on the checkout page.

Can i order by phone?

We accept orders by phone at +30 2695026233, +30 2695023031 or +30 6944372188, from Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 14:00. To make it easier to place your order by phone, please have all the product codes (SKU) to hand.

How will I be informed that my order has been shipped?

Once the order processing is completed, we will send you an email to let you know that it is ready for delivery to the courier company. Then the courier company will receive it from us to transfer it to the address you provided.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

You can cancel an order you have placed as long as the products have not yet been invoiced or delivered to the courier company for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyvetos.gr with the exact details of your order.

In case you have already received the products of your order and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (valid for 14 calendar days from delivery), please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyvetos.gr with the exact details of your order, to further inform you about the process.

Can I exchange a product I received?

If you wish to exchange a product that you have already received, you have the option to do so within 10 calendar days from the day of delivery. Please note that there are some restrictions on product exchanges. You may contact us at info@kyvetos.gr to inform you further.

Can I pick up my order at your physical store?

If you are a resident of Zakynthos and wish to pick up the products at our physical store (Alexandrou Roma 27), you can choose the “Pickup from our store” option on checkout. We will contact you by phone when the products are ready for delivery.
